The notorious video in which Nithyananda and Yuvarani are shown to have obscene scenes has not been allowed to go on-air due to the petition filed in the Karnataka High court by a lawyer and ex-president of lawyer’s association, KN Subba Reddy. Reddy has taken the position that the video will have detrimental influence on raw minds of children and younger generation and should not be broadcasted.
The Karnataka High court has stayed the release and broadcast of the video and stated that the video will not be broadcasted on TV.
The alleged video has also been taken away from YouTube. The video was removed from YouTube due to infringement of usage terms. As the video is not available on the web, it can not be proved that Yuvarani had sexual relationship with Nithyananda. But the proof of his illegitimate activities came to the surface when an obscene video featuring Nithyananda and Ranjitha came up for viewing.
Now Nithyananda has not come with clean hands and there is no doubt about his lewd character. Commissioner T Rajendran has declined to make statement. Nithyananda has filed an application in the Karnataka high court praying for staying the order which ordered him to present his version. The case has been adjourned until Thursday. Police and prosecution have been ordered by the court to provide the documentary evidence.
According to reporters, Ranjitha and Yuvarani are intimate friends and used to go to the residence of Nithyananda frequently. Nithyananda has an “asharam” in L.A. All the three used to go to striptease parties while their stay in America.
